Lazy welfare - the plant lights that don't need care are finally here.
- Sep 10, 2018 -

It is said that a pair of designers from German design studio We Love Eames, Emilia Lucht and Arne Sebrantke, jointly designed a plant lamp called Mygdal. The most special thing is that a basin is placed inside the sealed LED plant light. Plants, and more without the need for water and sunlight, can grow inside the lamp.

During the production of Mygdal 2, Arne first made a glass bulb-shaped mold, then carbonized the mold, and then blown the glass on it. Then the glass craftsman sealed the plant together with the flower pot and the LED plant lamp in the glass shade. Inside, a chandelier and a table lamp version of the plant lamp were designed.

If you have a potted friend, you know that it takes time and care to take care of it, such as watering, fertilizing, and even removing insects. However, many urbanites want to plant potted plants, hoping to add anger to the place or home of work, but there is no time to take care of them, and now there is finally a solution.

According to Arne, Mygdal says that Mygdal is a self-sustaining ecosystem and claims that internal plants can grow normally even after many years of placement. And Mygdal also has a special function, because the surface is provided with a conductive glass coating, so even if the LED plant lights are not connected to the wires, the current can be transmitted to the LED plant lights through the surface of the lamp. The relevant technology has been patented.
