What is the role of plant lights in affecting the plant growth cycle?

In traditional agricultural production, general technical methods such as supplementing illumination with light source and applying different covering materials, such as monochromatic fluorescent lamps or colored plastic films, are used to change the light environment to regulate the growth and development of plants in the facility cultivation environment. The led plant lamp adopts different measures, so as to avoid the existence of different degrees of problems, such as the lack of analysis of specific spectral components, resulting in impure optical quality processing, inconsistent light intensity, close to or even below the plant's light compensation point, The illumination source has low energy efficiency. A large number of application studies of LEDs in plant facility cultivation environments have shown that LEDs can solve these problems and are particularly suitable for use in artificial light-controlled plant facility cultivation environments.

  Plants rely on the energy of light for photosynthesis to grow, flower, and produce. However, due to the ever-changing climate change and illumination causes in nature, plants can not fully absorb the photosynthetic nutrients needed during their different growth periods, which brings disadvantages to growth, especially in the seedling stage. In this regard, scientific and rational artificial spectroscopy creates good absorption and reflection conditions for plant growth. The energy values of the blue zone and the red zone are very close to the plant photosynthesis efficiency curve (more significant for green plant efficiency) and are the best source of plant growth.

 

  In short, red light promotes rooting, chlorophyll formation, carbohydrate accumulation, and absorption and utilization of chrysanthemum stem segments. The use of red light plant light in the rapid propagation process is effective in promoting the rapid rooting of various plants and improving the quality of seedlings.
